Meet my client

Todd is the kind of person you feel immediately when you’re in the room with him.
He’s warm. Calm. Charismatic.
The kind of health professional people call when they’re already overwhelmed, already in pain, already in a moment where they need to feel like someone steady is on the other side.
But online?
That wasn’t coming through.
He came to me because his web presence didn't feel right.
His website was more than five years old.
It didn’t sound like him.
It didn’t reflect the way he works.
And worse, it wasn’t really in his control.
The person who had originally set it up for him was a friend.
That friend had the domain in his own Wix account.
The billing was on his credit card.
The client requests were being forwarded through him.
And then, unexpectedly, that friend was in a coma.
Which meant Todd's business didn’t just have a website problem.
It had an access problem.
A control problem.
A “who actually owns the keys to this business?” problem.

I’ve always cared deeply about this.
I’ve seen domains held hostage.
I’ve seen websites treated like shady rental agreements.
I’ve seen business owners realize way too late that the thing they paid to build was never really theirs.
But this situation was different.
There was no bad guy.
No shady marketing guy.
No dramatic standoff.
Just a painful reminder that even kind, well-meaning setups can become fragile when your business depends on someone else holding the keys.
So while we were building Todd's Web Foundation, I also helped him take back control.
We got the new foundation built.
We prepared the site to launch cleanly.
We untangled the access issues.
We made sure the domain, hosting, tools, and accounts were tied back to Todd.
Not his friend. Not a random developer.
Not someone else’s credit card.
Todd.
Now when he wants to expand into a new neighborhood, add a new service, update his positioning, or make sure people can actually reach him, his website is no longer this stressful thing sitting in the corner.
It’s a foundation he can grow from.
That’s what I want for my clients.
Not just a better-looking website.
A clearer mind.
A stronger presence.
A business that is easy to find, easier to trust, and easier to run.
Because if people are already looking for what you do, your online presence should not be the thing creating friction.
It should be the thing helping them feel confident enough to reach out.
