Meet Elena Nairi Mirzaians
Your Chief Digital Officer. 13+ years running tech operations for billion-dollar companies. Now I run that same operation for business owners and experts.

I spent my career climbing the corporate tech ladder from technician to technical writer to tech project and program manager. I ended up leading and building Hulu's entire technology operations PMO. In 2022, I jumped off the ladder to build something of my own.

At Hulu, I helped scale the company from 18 million to 45 million subscribers, $3.5 billion to $10.7 billion in revenue. That growth was only possible because of what sat underneath it: a team of 60+ engineers I supported, building a foundation bulletproof enough to run anytime, anywhere, on any device, at whatever scale the moment demanded.
Good work doesn't speak for itself. Not online.
My first year building Wise Web Ops, I was afraid to be seen. Afraid of judgment, afraid of people in tech looking at my work and deciding I wasn't doing it the “right” way. I'd spent my whole career operating behind the scenes, and I believed good work speaks for itself.
It doesn't. Not online. Online, you have to speak for yourself, or the world never finds out you're worth choosing.
For a long time, I didn't put my face on the business at all. Search my name back then and you'd land on my LinkedIn, a page I'd built years earlier just to apply to jobs, not to represent anything I was actually building. I had to rebuild my own digital identity before I could ever ask a client to trust me with theirs.
That's the whole reason this exists.
The operational discipline I ran for a billion-dollar company, applied to the exact problem I had to solve in myself first: being findable, being credible, being chosen. I build that same kind of foundation for businesses ready to grow strategically.
You get a partner who sees your whole operation, not a vendor there for one task.

An operator.
I came from running technology operations, not from an agency or a design studio. That discipline is what actually gets applied to your online presence.
Foundation first, then scale.
You can't scale a business on top of a broken foundation. I find what's actually missing first, then build that groundwork before anything gets added on top of it.
You work with me.
Not a team of account managers. No agency layer between you and the person actually solving the problem. I'm on every call, and I build every foundation myself.
Built to keep running.
I don't disappear after launch. Every engagement includes the ongoing operation, not just a one-time build that goes stale.
How I operate.
Autonomy
You stay in control of your business, your systems, and your digital presence. That means protecting your ownership, security, and continuity, so you are never locked out of what should be yours.
Curiosity
I take the time to understand what makes your work and business distinct. That leads to sharper strategy, stronger messaging, and a result that feels more like you.
Honesty
Clear guidance, real tradeoffs, and no dressing things up. You'll always know what I recommend, why, and where things stand. That's how trust gets built and kept, not just promised.
Time
I look for ways to reduce friction, prevent rework, and make things easier to manage in the long term. The goal is to help you move forward with clarity and less wasted time.
Results Driven
My work is meant to be genuinely useful, not just polished. Thoughtful support, practical insight, and someone who wants to leave things better than she found them.
