From technical project manager to your trusted guide in business.

Meet Elena Nairi Mirzaians

My entire career I have been the person who creates order out of chaos. The person who figures out how all the pieces connect, who owns what, and how to move a team of smart people, tools and processes toward the same goal. The builder of plans and kick starter of the right things into motion.

I always find myself asking questions, figuring out how things work and sharing what I've learned.

Growing up, my dad, a technical architect, taught me how to code and how to look at things structurally. That mixture of curiosity and a builders minset is what I bring into everything I do.  As a native Los Angeleno, I studied at UCLA and earned my Master's in Communication Management from USC.

My curiosity threw me into leading projects and I went on to earn my PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.

I spent over 13 years working in the tech industry, climbing the corperate ladder from being a technician, tech writer, tech project manager, tech program manager to leading and building Hulu's technology operations PMO (program management office).

Growth doesn't happen because things look polished.

I ran tech operations at Hulu during the company's biggest growth periods:

from 18M to 45M subscribers
from $3.5B to 10.7B in revenue

I supported a team of 60+ engineers building the platform that made sure every single subscriber could access Hulu anytime, anywhere, from any device, watching whatever they wanted in the best experience possible. That meant we needed to build a bullet proof foundation that could scale not only to what was forcast but at any given moment.

During the Disney acquisition,  I saw the dismantling of the cutting edge technology my teams built diliberately be ripped apart to fit into something it was not. I saw the Hulu values get erased. That's when I knew I needed to part ways and build something for myself.

I close the gap between your work and how the world sees you.

I take what I learned at Hulu and bring it into your business.

I build and run web operations for my clients. That includes consulting, bulding web foundations, integrating into your business processes and functioning as an extention of your team. I run quarterly planning sessions, build plans and implement the strategy you need to get to your growth goals.

When I started my own business, I thought my work would speak for itself. But it turns out, it doensn't. Not when someone is seeing you for the first time online.

Before someone hires you, refers you, or considers doing business with you: they look you up.
What they find shapes the decision.

That's when I realized building a strong web foundation is critical in how you show up online.

What I am +
what I'm not.

Most people try to put me in a box. Designer. Developer. Marketer. Agency. Consultant.

None of those boxes fit, and that's intentional.

The work I do is a blend.

Because that is exactly where the real gaps appear.

And that's where I love to work.

Not
A graphic designerI don't make things pretty. I make them work.
Not
A developerI build in Webflow, but I lead with strategy, not syntax.
Not
A marketing agencyYou get me. Directly. Every time.
I am
A communications + technology expert13+ years building foundations that hold under pressure.

What I bring when I partner with a client

Curiosity

I take the time to understand what makes your work and business distinct. That leads to sharper strategy, stronger messaging, and a result that feels more like you.

Transparency

Honest guidance, clear communication, and real tradeoffs. You will know what I recommend, why I recommend it, and where things stand, always.

Trust

I build for credibility, consistency, and long-term trust. And I work the same way: with care, follow-through, and genuine respect for what you're building.

Time

I look for ways to reduce friction, prevent rework, and make things easier to manage in the long term. The goal is to help you move forward with clarity and less wasted time.

Real results

My work is meant to be genuinely useful, not just polished. Thoughtful support, practical insight, and someone who wants to leave things better than she found them.

Your autonomy

You stay in control of your business, your systems, and your digital presence. That means protecting your ownership, security, and continuity, so you are never locked out of what should be yours.

If your work is strong but what people find doesn't reflect that yet.

That’s the gap I help close. The first step is a clarity call. Not a sales call — a real conversation about where you are and what you actually need.
