Client Approval Policy

Keeping projects (and your business) moving forward, on purpose.

We’re an operations-focused business and that mindset drives everything we do.

We exist to take the weight of your web operations off your plate and carry it forward with precision.

From implementation to delivery, our job is to own the back-end workflows, so you can focus on what you do best.

And just like any high-performing system, momentum is everything.

Why we have this policy

We don’t just optimize operations in our business, we do it for your business too.

That means we work fast, smart, and in sync to keep the ball rolling—for your goals and ours.

We follow a strict and clear Approval Policy.

This isn’t about pressure. It’s about removing bottlenecks, avoiding delays, and keeping your brand moving forward intentionally and sustainably.

3-business-day approval window

You will have 3 business-days to approve or provide feedback when we send you a deliverable that requires approval, whether it’s copy, design, development, or scheduling.

During that time:

  • You’ll receive email reminders if we haven’t heard back.
  • You’re welcome to request tweaks or share feedback, we’re here to collaborate.

If we don’t receive a response within 3 business days, we’ll move forward as if it’s approved.

This default approval ensures:

  • No unnecessary slowdowns
  • Deadlines stay intact
  • Your deliverables keep shipping, without disruption

Operational integrity matters

We run Wise Web Ops like a high-performing machine and we bring that same discipline to your business.

By committing to this approval policy:

  • You help us deliver consistently and efficiently
  • We help you grow with less friction and more flow
  • Together, we stay aligned and momentum-driven

How you can help

The most successful projects (and businesses) have one thing in common: decisive, timely action.

Here’s how to support the process:

  • Review and respond to approvals within the 3-day window
  • Keep feedback focused and actionable
  • Use our designated tools (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) to centralize communication

If you’re delayed

We understand things come up, or you are offline.

If you anticipate a delay in reviewing deliverables or have anticipated time offline please let us know before the deadline and we’ll do our best to adjust.

But please note: regular delays may impact your delivery timeline.
